We are actively seeking enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Associates to join our growing team at FragranceX.com. In this crucial role, you will be the key link between our company and both existing and potential customers, embodying a customer-first mindset. As Customer Service Associates, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, requiring a pleasant demeanor, active listening skills, and a calm disposition. Major Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily with promptness, accuracy, and courtesy.
  •  Efficiently track and manage orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities during order calls or email interactions.
  •  Resolve customer service issues promptly and accurately, following company guidelines to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Provide support for order verification, handling damaged or lost package claims, and processing reshipments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
2. Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
3. Minimum of 6 months of remote work experience.
4. At least two years of customer service experience, handling support via email, calls, chat, and social media.
5. Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer service ticketing system (1 year of experience).
6. Strong computer and data-entry/keyboard skills.
7. Familiarity with metrics such as handle time and quality assurance.
8. Willingness to work overtime and weekends during holiday seasons.
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus!).
10. Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
11. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
12. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience.
13. A customer-first mindset, evaluated through customer experience feedback.
