Job Description

This role allows senior developers to join high-paying, meaningful missions with audacious companies on a flexible contract basis. You will work alongside small, diverse product teams to build ambitious software from 0 to 1 while maintaining full autonomy over your project choices. Builders keep 100% of their set rate as A.Team charges a transparent platform fee on top of your hourly pay. This is a curated environment designed for those who prefer consistent, high-quality client work over traditional full-time employment.

• Background working with high-growth startups or prestigious tech incumbents.
• Ability to guide product strategy and provide clients with multiple execution options.

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel.
• Senior-level experience with at least 4+ years in software development.
• Proven track record of building ambitious software from the ground up (0 to 1).
• Independent mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team environment.

Work Responsibilities

• Collaborate in small 3-4 person teams to develop impactful software for diverse clients.
• Scope out project requirements and provide strategic guidance to world-class founders.

• Deliver senior-level code and architecture while working alongside other top-tier designers and product experts.

Salary Range

$90 – $150 /hour
