OVERVIEW About Position
In the realm of D&T Solutions Delivery, our teams operate as the unseen champions, delivering a unique blend of people, processes, and technology to support General Mills’ Supply Chain partners. It goes beyond the technicalities – we play a crucial role in weaving together every facet of the supply chain, from planning and sourcing to manufacturing and delivery. Our focus isn’t just on harmonizing processes; we serve as the driving force that ensures perfect synchronization with the overarching business strategy. We’re here to guarantee a seamless operation, assisting General Mills in reaching its business objectives at every turn.
RESPONSIBILITIES AT GENERAL MILLS
- Deliver top-notch service and support for existing processes and systems, with a primary focus on Maximo-Maintenance Operations. Introduce new applications or system functionalities to enhance Maintenance Operations support.
- Swiftly diagnose issues and restore services by collaborating with system users, fellow IS Department members, software vendors, and service providers.
- Play a crucial role during system releases, upgrades, and the implementation of Maximo and system fixes.
- Dive into analyzing user requirements and executing approved development projects in collaboration with product team members, business users, and IT.
- Immerse yourself in understanding the intricacies of business processes related to Maintenance and Plant/Engineering Purchases.
- Forge partnerships with the business to effectively translate their requirements into system capabilities. It’s not just about technology; it’s about being a collaborative force to ensure our systems align seamlessly with the needs of our dynamic business environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years experience working in a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience establishing strong working relationships with business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries, and influence others.
- Ability to define and manage internal projects and milestones and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience with automating controls, data and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Having great knowledge of Maximo
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and Java
- Experience in Manufacturing environment and processes
- Experience with the Maintenance process
- Experience with purchasing indirect materials
- Experience with Agile

- We are open to 100% remote candidates with occasional travel based on business needs.

Salary Range
In this role, the annual salary ranges from $90,100.00 to $150,300.00.
