Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer with production systems currently live.
- Demonstrated ability to build ambitious 0→1 software in small, senior teams of 3–5 people.
- Experience as an AI Architect who has built enterprise-grade AI stacks.
- Previous track record scaling applications to millions of users or deploying infrastructure for high-volume data.
Skills Required
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision (CV), or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Machine Learning infrastructure and model fine-tuning.
- Strong architectural leadership skills for designing production-ready AI systems.
- Technical scoping and execution balancing with business outcomes.
- Ability to partner directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders.
