Job Description

This role invites senior software developers to join high-paying, meaningful missions with audacious companies including Lyft, Pepsi, and Walmart. You will work within small, diverse product teams to build ambitious software from 0 to 1, providing strategic guidance and execution for high-growth startups and established incumbents. The platform offers full autonomy, allowing you to choose projects that excite you and manage your own bandwidth. Importantly, A.Teamers keep 100% of their earned rate, as the company adds a transparent platform fee on top of your hourly pay. This is a contract-based position designed for senior builders who prioritize craftsmanship, freedom, and collaboration with top-tier peers.

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel to apply.
• At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Senior-level expertise with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software.
• Strong communication skills to participate in scoping and strategic guidance for world-class founders.

Work Responsibilities

• Building ambitious pieces of software from 0 to 1 as part of a small 3-4 person team.
• Scoping out missions, giving clients technical options, and guiding product strategy.
• Executing on selected technical solutions for high-growth companies and tech-forward incumbents.
• Collaborating with other top-tier builders on missions that match your specific interests.
• Participating in small, curated, off-the-record gatherings and micro-communities for top builders.

Salary Range

$90 – $150 /hour
